On Companionship
One of the greatest joys of companionship is found in sharing the present moment. I approach my daily life and my work as a companion with an ethos of mindfulness, which involves curiously attuning to the energy of the present moment. In modern parlance, it’s about vibing: listening attentively, sharing enthusiastically, touching intentionally, and embracing exploration. When we’re sharing the moment, we’re celebrating in the joy of being alive.

On Intimacy
Intimacy is anything that inspires a feeling of togetherness. Intimacy is sharing our mutual appreciation and wonder for a painting, a song, a bite of food; intimacy is finding an eyelash on your cheek and holding it out for you to wish upon; it is a few quiet and relaxing breaths or raucous laughter. Intimacy is dynamic, flexible, and vitalizing. We create it together!

On Play
One of the helpful tools for experiencing fulfilling intimacy is play! When so much of our day-to-day is dedicated to work and obligation, it is integral to incorporate fun, humor and imagination into our lives. Like intimacy, play is curious, creative, invigorating and can look like many different things. I approach all of my connections with a playful mindset, keen on discovering delight with you. Bring your passionate interests or your unexplored fascinations to our session, I will be eager and inspired.
